JOINING THE COLLECTVE IS EASY

  1. Submit your application.

When you come across a position you would like to apply for, simply send your comprehensive CV and a cover letter (highly recommended) to careers@bohemian-collective.com and use the job title as the subject for the email.

 

  1. Application screening

Once your application has been received, our people team will review in line with the selection criteria. If you’re a good fit we’ll contact you to arrange for a face-to-face interview, if not , we will email you informing you that you were not successful this time, but we will keep your information on file for future roles.

 

  1. The Interview

Our interviews are tailored according to the specific role, this may entail a verbal conversation followed by a practical test or presentation to verify skillset. Depending on the work level there may be 1 or 2 more interview rounds after the initial interview.

 

  1. Background Checks

If you come out tops, we will conduct a background check which includes criminal record, references etc. We will always request for your consent before proceeding with the checks.

 

  1. We Make an Offer

Once the checks have been completed and we are certain that you’ll be an awesome addition to our team we will make you a verbal offer to join The Collective followed by the contract and paperwork.

 

  1. The countdown to you officially becoming a Collective member begins.
